’65ers’ REUNION LUNCHES
1965 … ers
The idea of the lunches is to rekindle and reunite old friendships, provide a good excuse to get out of the house and share a few jokes and life experiences, now most of us have retired.
The Cricketers has several advantages over other venues including, a segregated room, a good value menu (plus a la carte), 2 hour parking limits in the surrounding streets, the pub is owned by John Hayes who is also a former (1963) NBHS old boy.
If you know any other former NBHS old boys who may be interested and are not on the list, please bring them along or tell them of the dates.
If you have any other excuse for a lunch at some other time and place, or if an old boy is in town and wants to catch up, there is a Hard Core of us happy to do impromptu lunches.
Based on previous attendances at the last lunches, we expect to see such luminaries as Ron Barrett, Bruce Bastian, Eric Bell, John Bennett, Gary Bryde, Steve Busteed, Allan Briggs, David Caddies, Stephen Campbell-Jones, Peter Chard, Ken Chegwidden, Jan Cheetham, Sam Dawe, Leigh Derwin, Kevin Doyle, Tony Evans, David Fryer, Noel George, Eric Gibbons, Hilton Grugeon, Graham Halton, David Hancock, Graham (Sid) Hudson, John Heslop, Bill Hoye, Ben Lenzer, Phil McLeod, Adam Markus, John McAlpine, Phil McLeod, Mati Morel, Neil Morrison, David Parker, Col Peebles, Earl Rennie, Ian Shepherd, George Sideris, Gary Snedden, David Timbury, Greg Tyler Peter Whitelaw, Neil Willis and (Teacher) Jack Caldwell.
